Position:
Executes all activities related to the receiving, handing and distribution of all KSP (KEX) project parts and Press Launch parts within the plant based on information from the KRX Special Coordinator/KSP Team Leader and the Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

Uncrate or Unpacks all overseas shipments received for KSP projects. Remove all used packaging material from KEX Lager and disposes of material in appropriate waste containers

Verifies the quantity and part numbers within each shipment against the corresponding packing slips provided by the suppliers or third party packaging companies

Inspects parts to determine no damage has occurred during transport. If damage is suspected, will immediately contact KSP Team leader to report incidents

Maintains accurate inventory records of parts received for each KSP project and Press Launch any extra parts received will be recorded and immediately reported to KSP Team Leader

Sorts parts by line location and distributes parts accordingly to new model team members by KSP lockboxes and stored inside KEX Lager

Coordinate movement of KSP Parts and Press parts to and from Assembly by communicating with Logistics department while tracking parts to ensure timely delivery to Assembly.

Execute and manage Broadcast Sheet Relevant N/A Logic request by creating and maintaining Boolean Logic Sheet Relevant Family Keys

Position Responsibilities:

Works in conjunction with process partners to ensure Broadcast Sheet Relevant N/A Logic request are accurate and concise

Utilizes TAIS and DZA Systems to investigate NAEL releases and drawings for parts relevant to BSR NA Logic

Programs new N/A Logic and changes to existing N/A Logic in CAS system for Broadcast Sheet Relevant parts and family keys
Tests, communicates and maintains Broadcast Sheet Relevant N/A Logic for all vehicle platforms

Provide regular updates of all open issues/status to supervisor/project leader, ensuring all activities are completed within targets

Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

Decisions are provided through plant management systems and policies

Compiles with the plant management systems through appropriate training and awareness, as well as continuous improvement systems and support of departmental systems and activities

Geometric Analysis Senior Specialist

Provides engineering measurement expertise to internal and external customers, including Engineering, Supplier Quality Assurance and parts suppliers, identifies geometric problems, performs root cause analysis, and make suggestions for countermeasures.

Responsibilities;
Analyzes geometric problems and determines the root cause to support plant quality targets.

Provide accurate CMM measurement data on vehicles and parts to the customer within established time requirements

Analyzes data provided to customers, provides root cause analysis of issues and develops countermeasures to fix geometric problems

Conducts problem solving efforts company suppliers, travels to parts suppliers to evaluate the suppliers fixtures and measurement methods

Recommends necessary fixture and measurement modifications improve problem solving effectiveness at the suppliers

Manages measurements activities using various tools, including CNC, Manual CMM, photogramic measurement systems, and the preufcubing

Develops the necessary set-up and measurement methods to provide accurate problem solving results


Accountant III
Responsible for day to day operations of all aspects related to fund accounting. Develops budgets and monitors expenditures. Reviews and approves purchase request and in-kind contributions ensuring compliance with federal regulations ,guidelines of funding source, and agency fiscal policies. Prepare financial statements and financial status reports for submission to Board of Directors, Management staff and funding sources. Works with program managers and other staff to plan for financial needs for the upcoming year(s). Assist in preparing audit schedules.

Position Requires a Bachelors Degree in Accounting Field

Minimum Work Experience: Minimum of five years accounting experience, preferably fund accounting

Other: Must be familiar with double -entry fund accounting. Must be able to plan and schedule work and to work as part of a team. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Legible hand writing, clearly written numbers and accuracy with calculator required. Must be able to work with close supervision and problem solving skills required.
